Terms and Conditions

Blade Printers are committed to offering our customers the highest level of service and customer satisfaction possible. If for any reason you feel we haven’t lived up to our exacting standards, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can discuss and rectify any problems.

Please read our terms, conditions and returns policy before placing an order.

Returns & Cancellation Policy:

Blade Printers products are custom made/printed so we cannot offer a replacement/refund unless the
product does not match the order details, mis-printed or the product is deemed faulty.

Returns: We cannot take action on any orders until the goods are returned to Blade Printers unless the value of the order is under £10.00 – a photograph and short description will be suffice. If the product delivered does not match your order details, then please contact us via email john@bladeprinters.co.uk outlining the problem. Please remember to include your invoice number and name the order was placed under. We’ll assess and confirm whether a return/refund/replacement is necessary.

Refunds: Refunds will only be offered if the print/product is faulty or the order delivered does not match our description and order details. If this is the case, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund. All problems with orders should be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Failure to inform Blade Printers of a problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods will mean the order is deemed to have been checked and accepted.

Cancellations: Due to our short lead times, your order may have already gone to print. If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently printed, a refund will not be offered on a cancellation as the goods are custom made to clients specifications and not stock items that can be re-sold.

Delivery: Unless stated, delivery is included in the purchase price and the service used will be detailed in the product description. Please note, we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Blade Printers or any agent acting on behalf of us.

Payment: Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately. If invoice terms are agreed with the customer and the balance is not met within the stated payment terms, interest will be charged as per the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Copyright: When placing an order with Blade Printers the customer accepts sole responsibility for any copyright issues and the reproduction of images supplied. It is deemed you are the owner and have total permission to reproduce any artwork files supplied.

Offensive material: Blade Printers may refuse to print any images of content that is deemed to be offensive or may incite hatred. If we do feel that images are offensive, we will refuse/refund your order.

Lead times: Turnaround times are shown on the product description. Please note that these are average lead times only and are not a guarantee on which day your order will be delivered. Turnaround times are shown in working days, which does not include weekends or public holidays. If you have a specific date you require an order to be delivered – please discuss by email before purchasing the product.
